Job summary

enGen is seeking a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure healthcare solutions. You will translate complex business requirements into future-state architectures using ArchiMate and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams across domains, provide strategic consultation, and drive solution delivery through the full lifecycle in a payer healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline
• 5 years in an IT discipline
• 5 years in a Business discipline
• Preferred: Health Insurance Industry knowledge
• TOGAF/ArchiMate certifications are desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to define complex business processes and enable technologies
• Specify and design large or complex systems and architectures
• Produce detailed component specifications and translate them into implementable designs
• Establish and enforce architecture standards, policies, and practices
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and manage stakeholder expectations
• Mentor peers and drive architecture governance across projects
