Job summary

enGen seeks a Senior Enterprise Solution Architect to lead design and implementation of scalable solutions, translating complex business needs into future-state architectures. You will model architectures with ArchiMate, ensure alignment with reference architectures, and guide projects through full solution lifecycles.

You will provide strategic tech leadership, work with Enterprise Architects and engineering teams, and communicate trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years in IT discipline and 5 years in a Business discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers on complex processes and enable technologies.
• Design large or complex systems, networks, and architecture components.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into implementations.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and environments.
• Lead improvement programs and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Lead architecture discussions, reviews, and decision-making with stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and provide technical leadership across domains.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to align with enterprise strategy.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Participate in customer walkthroughs, plans, and problem resolution.
