Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required; master's preferred.
• Extensive enterprise architecture experience in healthcare payer domain.
• Strong knowledge of AI, API management, integration, and security architecture.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation to business stakeholders translating business capability requirements into enterprise architecture.
• Lead design of large, complex systems and ensure alignment with architectural standards and roadmaps.
• Drive environmental analysis, opportunity identification, and business innovation portfolio development.
• Evaluate design options and select appropriate components, tools, and standards.
• Mentor peers and ensure effective communication of architectural decisions across the organization.
• Support architecture governance and stakeholder reviews to manage scope and risk.
