Job summary

enGen is seeking a Lead Enterprise Architect to drive technology strategy across the enterprise. You will design and optimize architecture roadmaps, reduce technical debt, and champion application rationalization for scalable, cost-effective solutions.

You will lead AI solution strategy efforts, collaborate with other architects, and mentor staff while aligning with healthcare payer industry needs and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or closely related field.
• 7 years in an IT discipline and 7 years in a business discipline.
• Industry certifications such as TOGAF and AI/API/Integration/Security architecture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consultation to business customers to define processes and enabling technologies based on customer capability requirements.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, networks, and infrastructure elements.
• Lead reviews of others’ system design to ensure appropriate tech choices and integration.
• Establish architecture policy and evaluate major design options for impact and benefits.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, presentations, and ad-hoc training to peers and teams.
