enGen is seeking an experienced architect to design, develop, and implement architecture strategy across business capabilities. The role ensures architecture integrity by aligning stakeholder views and trade-offs, and by applying best practices to enterprise solutions.

You will provide strategic consultation, influence enterprise strategy, and lead improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or closely related field required.
• Substitutions none; Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in an IT discipline required.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining or designing business processes and organizational structures.
• Facilitate development of enterprise business solutions combining business processes and technology options.
• Lead environment strategy, analysis, and architectural design decisions for large systems.
• Define design standards, methods and tools and ensure their proper application.
• Communicate requirements and trade-offs to stakeholders and management.
