Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or closely related discipline.
• 5 years in an IT discipline.
• 5 years in a Business discipline.
• Health Insurance Industry business knowledge (preferred).
• Extensive experience with solution design and architecture across complex enterprise systems.

Aufgaben

• Take a lead role to provide strategic consultation to business customers in defining complex processes and enabling technologies.
• Specify and design large or complex systems, review designs, and ensure integration.
• Produce detailed component requirements and translate into implementations.
• Clarify functional and non‑functional requirements for users and environments.
• Identify and lead improvement programs with measurable business benefits.
• Lead architecture initiatives and mentor peers and staff.
• Communicate effectively with all organizational levels.
• Manage customer, partner and management expectations.
• Participate in customer walkthroughs, technical reviews, and problem resolution.
• Interact with departments to translate complex requirements for peers.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of TEC specifics and provide expert advice.
