Marsh Agency is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Client Manager to build and maintain client relationships, administer benefits programs, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with clients to tailor solutions, manage vendor contracts, and oversee enrollment and communications.

The role requires strong communication skills and knowledge of health regulations, with licensing in Life & Health preferred. This is a location-based role in Chattanooga, TN.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of health and benefits regulations and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary contact for health & benefits inquiries.
• Oversee implementation and administration of employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, wellness).
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs and develop tailored benefits solutions.
• Ensure programs comply with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and other regulations.
• Prepare reports on benefits utilization and claims trends for clients.
