Marsh Agency seeks an Employee Health & Benefits Client Manager in Lexington, KY to lead client relationships, administer benefits programs and ensure HIPAA/ERISA/ACA compliance. You will collaborate with carriers, manage enrollments, and support client education, vendor negotiations, and plan optimization.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3–5 years of benefits/account management experience, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of health and benefits regulations and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage client relationships and serve as primary health and benefits contact.
• Oversee implementation and administration of health and benefits programs.
• Collaborate with clients to align benefits with goals and budget.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA and related laws.
• Prepare reports on utilization, trends and program effectiveness.
• Liaise with carriers and vendors to negotiate contracts.
• Lead open enrollment and educate employees on plans.
• Provide training and support to clients and their staff.
• Resolve client issues related to claims and plan administration.
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Assist with renewals and maintaining client files.
• Review SPDs and agreements for accuracy and resources.
