You will coordinate renewals, proposals, and carrier engagement, while driving cross-sell opportunities and ensuring smooth implementation with service teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Producers, Marketing, and client services, requiring a strong background in health benefits, data analysis, and client service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of relevant insurance industry experience.
• Strong client relations and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor teammates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deepen client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Develop and execute comprehensive client service plans.
• Coordinate renewal processes and presentations with Producers and Marketing teams.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and new lines of coverage.
• Lead marketing efforts and prepare client proposals and materials.
• Maintain detailed records in client management systems.
