Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Strategic Reporting Consultant to define and drive our end-to-end reporting strategy across lines of business. You will serve as the primary analytics advisor to executives, clients, and brokers, translating complex data into actionable insights and ensuring consistency with contractual obligations.

The role requires deep expertise in data governance, KPI standardization, and regulatory reporting, with a track record of leading cross-functional analytics initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or healthcare with relevant analytics focus.
• 5+ years in enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting strategy initiatives.
• Experience with KPI standardization, data quality, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define, govern, and execute the organization’s end-to-end reporting strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver a high-value reporting roadmap.
