Job summary

Altais Health Solutions is seeking a seasoned Lead Healthcare Analytics Analyst to partner with leadership and drive data-informed decision-making across our MSO. You will oversee complex analytics initiatives, mentor analysts, and transform healthcare data into actionable insights that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsibilities include designing dashboards, establishing KPIs, and collaborating with Contracting, Network Management, Compliance, and Finance to support strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics/healthcare field or related.
• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or BI roles.
• 2+ years leading projects or mentoring analysts.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Familiarity with healthcare data warehouses and claims data.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics strategy and mentor a team of analysts.
• Partner with executives to define analytics priorities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders.
• Drive data governance and improve reporting consistency.
