SmartLight Analytics, a firm serving self-funded employers, seeks a Senior Business Analyst & Client Success Coordinator who combines advanced healthcare claims analytics with proactive client management to drive measurable improvements in program performance.

You will build dashboards, translate data into actionable insights for executives and clinical teams, support client reviews, and collaborate with data science and operations to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of analytical work experience with healthcare claims data.
• 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools.
• 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, consulting, or similar client facing roles.
• Proven experience applying data analytics in a business performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate reports and dashboards to support ongoing monitoring and stakeholder access to insights.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through reports, dashboards, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support and participate in regular client check-ins, strategic reviews, and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain executive-level relationships and contribute to account growth opportunities.
• Review client performance metrics and feedback to ensure analytic solutions meet expectations.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses to support client inquiries and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and written communications highlighting KPIs and trends.
• Prioritize competing requests across teams and provide support to Account Managers as needed.
