Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a General Manager, Healthcare Analytics Solutions, to lead the Self-Insured Reporting business and future analytics products. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare claims data and strategy, guiding accurate analytics and a roadmap toward advanced insights.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead the operations team, drive growth, and collaborate with executive leadership on roadmap prioritization and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience leading healthcare analytics or self-insured employer initiatives.
• Proven ability to translate analytics into business value.

Responsibilities

• Set SIR strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Lead day-to-day SIR operations and analytics initiatives.
• Partner with engineering to translate analytics vision into a roadmap.
• Own go-to-market strategy and customer outcomes.
• Align cross-functional teams to execute priorities.
