Job summary

Luminare Health is seeking a Strategic Reporting Consultant to define and govern its enterprise reporting strategy across all lines of business. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and guide executive decision-making.

As an authority on data usage and KPIs, you will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive reporting standards, and prioritize a high-value roadmap to support growth, retention, and performance across stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related analytical or healthcare field with 5 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, and reporting strategy.
  • Proven track record of defining and scaling enterprise reporting and data governance strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance ecosystems with deep understanding of data models and drivers.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server (complex queries), Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience leveraging healthcare analytics platforms to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional analytics initiatives and stakeholder adoption.
  • Ability to deliver measurable business impact through analytics (retention, revenue, cost).
  • Deep expertise in data governance and regulatory/contractual reporting in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across leadership levels.

Job Summary

The Strategic Reporting Consultant (SRC) is a senior-level analyst responsible for defining, governing, and executing Luminare Health’s end-to-end reporting strategy across all lines of business. This role serves as an authority on data usage, metric definitions, performance measurement, and reporting standards, ensuring outputs are consistent, accurate, and aligned with contractual obligations and business objectives, including growth, retention, and performance. Acting as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, clients, and brokers, the role translates complex data into actionable insights and identifies future solutions that drive enterprise reporting frameworks and enable report optimization to meet stakeholder’s needs. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the SRC leads enterprise-wide initiatives and cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver a high-value reporting roadmap.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related analytical or healthcare field with 5 years of progressive experience within enterprise-scale data, analytics, and reporting strategy initiatives
  • Proven track record of defining and scaling enterprise reporting and data governance strategies, including KPI standardization, data quality frameworks, and regulatory/contractual reporting alignment
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance ecosystems (payer, provider, PBM, or analytics/data platforms) with deep understanding of industry data models and business drivers
  • Advanced technical proficiency in SQL Server (complex query design), Microsoft Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) with experience leveraging healthcare analytics platforms (e.g., Cedar Gate, Truven, Cotiviti) to enable data-drive decision-making
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional analytics initiatives, driving enterprise alignment, influencing executive decision-making, and accelerating adoption of data-driven strategies across internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through analytics, including improvements in client retention, revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational performance
  • Deep expertise in data governance, data quality frameworks, and regulatory/contractual reporting requirements in healthcare or insurance landscapes
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement with a strong record of building trusted partnerships and driving adoption of data-driven strategies across both internal and external functions and various leadership levels
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting insights and strategies to clients, brokers, prospects, and senior leadership
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable with strong attention to detail and a self-directed approach to advancing strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and drive results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed
