CVS Health is seeking an Account Management professional to analyze sales, retention, and performance metrics across products and services. You will support a team of Account Executives, focusing on client and member satisfaction while driving financial objectives.

The role involves analyzing data, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver value-added solutions.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of health insurance industry and account management experience.
• Proficiency with desktop software applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Salesforce.

• Examine sales, account management, and business retention metrics for products and services.
• Provide client management support to a team of Account Executives; focusing on client and member satisfaction and financial objectives.
• Analyze complex client data, account performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Partner with account executives to develop complex account plans and strategies to maximize revenue generation and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align account strategies, deliver value-added solutions, and enhance customer experience.
• Design and deliver client presentations, proposals, and reports to showcase account performance and drive engagement.
• Identify risks within client accounts and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support Open Enrollment or Health Fairs needs.
