Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, seeks a Promotions Manager to drive HCP programs across non-Facial brands, partnering with Brand Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and BT for scalable, data-driven results.

You will operationalize promotions end-to-end, from planning through deployment and performance tracking, leading cross-functional teams and delivering simple, scalable solutions that support growth and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of field sales organizations, operations, and training.
• Experience supporting customer configuration in office tools such as Allē and Allergan Partner Privileges.
• Strong understanding of analytics measurement and sales effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with a strong focus on partnership and ROI.
• Prior experience with SAP S/4HANA, customer operations, sales operations, and related platforms such as MADI and Moxie.
• Prior experience with Direct (formerly Allergan Direct).
• Ability to create simple, effective solutions that support sales and ROI goals.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Lead the creation and management of HCP promotions within Allē Admin or Direct for non-Facial brands.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns with Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Technology, Analytics, and other internal stakeholders.
• Manage Alle In-office Rebate promo exceptions and escalations through Source of Truth Teams platform.
• Collaborate with internal partners across MLRC, Engineering, Master Data, Pricing, Business Analytics, and CS Operations.
• Support allowance forecasting and budget planning in partnership with Finance.
• Document approvals, promotion details, and post-launch performance to support transparency and continuous improvement.
• Apply a test-and-learn mindset by leveraging data to evaluate results and inform future promotional strategies.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Call Center and Sales teams regarding promotional plans and execution.
• Develop FAQs, work instructions, and training materials for Customer Service, and lead training sessions as needed.
• Provide clear, actionable directions for sales teams to support in-office execution.
• Partner with Brand teams to support collateral needs and field sales communications.
• Anticipate platform and analytics needs across stakeholder groups and recommend forward-looking solutions.
• Ensure MADI reporting is tailored to meet the needs of each salesforce and aligned to future business needs.
• Partner with Analytics to ensure PRISM dashboards effectively track promo performance.
• Prioritize and manage projects to ensure delivery on time and within budget, with close attention to sales close dates and quarterly objectives.
• Work with Data Science and Analytics teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting that supports decision-making.
