AbbVie Inc. is seeking an experienced HCP Promotions Manager to lead promotions for non-Facial brands such as SkinMedica, DiamondGlow, Latisse, CoolSculpting and Natrelle. You will partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, Analytics and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into field execution.

The role emphasizes data-driven testing, budget management, and training of Customer Service and Sales teams, with a strong ROI focus and timely delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in sales, marketing, and/or project management.
• Strong understanding of field sales operations and training.
• Experience supporting customer configuration in Allē and Allergan Partner Privileges.
• Strong analytics measurement and sales effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with focus on ROI.

Mansioni

• Lead creation and management of HCP promotions for non-Facial brands.
• Partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, Analytics to plan campaigns.
• Manage promo exceptions and escalations.
• Collaborate across MLRC, Engineering, Master Data, Pricing, and Customer Service Ops.
• Support allowance forecasting and budget planning with Finance.
• Document approvals, promotion details, and post-launch performance.
• Provide training materials for Customer Service and lead training sessions.
