Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr. Sales Consultant in Tallahassee, FL to drive revenue by selling Inova’s services. You will develop sales strategies, conduct meetings with clients, and grow the customer base while updating Hubspot with activities and progressing onboarding.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales, up to 25% travel, and adherence to UKG values. Base salary is competitive with incentive opportunities and benefits typical of UKG.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a sales role or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and execute a successful sales strategy to grow revenue and achieve quota.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients and existing clients to promote our products.
• Join and attend networking events and industry specific groups to develop new leads.
• Update our CRM system (Hubspot) in a timely manner with your daily activities.
• Submit accurate and complete paperwork to implementation and work with implementation throughout the new client onboarding process to ensure a successful onboarding for clients.
• Follow up with all prospects in a timely manner and schedule future activities in Hubspot to ensure timely future follow up.
• Adhere to and live Inova Core Values in daily activities.
