Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruitment experience, corporate and agency preferred.
• Experience recruiting AI talent (ML Engineers, Data Scientists) preferred.
• Ability to build pipelines through creative sourcing of passive candidates.
• Experience in global information, professional services, or technology companies.
• Training in behavioral or competency-based interviewing is a plus.
• Experience negotiating total rewards beyond salary (bonus, LTI/RSUs, sign-on).

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition from requisition to offer.
• Create sourcing strategies to attract top and passive talent.
• Build assessment and interview processes for hiring needs.
• Meet performance targets and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
