Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth or competitive environments.
• Sourcing and closing exceptional GTM and business talent.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to assess candidates by experience and impact.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize recruiting funnels and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring across Go To Market, Business Development and related roles.
• Partner with CEOs, Hiring Managers and recruiting team to define profiles and close top candidates.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline ahead of hiring needs.
• Design and optimize recruiting workflows and processes to scale with hypergrowth.
