Job summary

Stripe is seeking consultative recruiters to scale our Go-to-Market team across the US, LatAM, and Canada. You will own full-cycle recruiting, shape hiring strategy, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires building relationships with senior leaders and leveraging data insights to optimize recruiting processes while collaborating with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to ensure a smooth candidate journey.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Strong drive to identify and engage top talent and foster candidate relationships.
• Proven ability to use data insights to refine recruiting processes.
• Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify top talent and build an inclusive candidate pool.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends and inform recruiting strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and expand GTM teams in US, LatAM, and Canada.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Propose and implement scalable changes to recruiting strategy for greater efficacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless candidate experience.
