Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decisions.
• Proven ability to utilize data insights to inform recruiting strategies.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent for GTM roles.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about talent trends and inform recruiting strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to achieve headcount goals across the US, LatAm and Canada.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership for transparency.
• Propose and implement scalable changes to improve recruiting efficacy and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal—to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
