Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a OneHome Strategy Advancement Advisor to evaluate growth opportunities and shape long‑term strategy. You will develop business cases, roadmaps, and executive communications, collaborating with OneHome, CenterWell, and Humana leadership to inform decisions.

You will translate complex challenges into actionable outcomes, lead cross‑functional programs, and help align priorities across multiple stakeholders while supporting governance and reporting for strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting.
• Two or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with analytics and use of data.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategic planning efforts defining OneHome's long‑term growth agenda.
• Develop framework through research, interviews and evaluations to identify opportunities.
• Assess opportunities for value, feasibility and impact on outcomes and growth.
• Collaborate to refine strategic recommendations and roadmaps for leadership.
• Support governance of the strategic initiative portfolio with reporting and reviews.
• Coordinate programs to develop recommendations and monitor progress.
• Create executive dashboards and communications to inform decision making.
