Humana's Transformation Office is a high-performing team that partners with senior leaders to chart Humana's future. The role accelerates the enterprise strategy by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives to transform member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.

The role blends strategic thinking, quantitative analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting (3 days in the office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years in management consulting, healthcare strategy, or transformation.
• Experience solving strategic and operational problems for large-scale businesses or healthcare organizations.
• Strong quantitative analysis, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to structure problems and develop business recommendations using hypothesis‑driven thinking.

Responsabilités

• Lead execution of one or more workstreams with limited leadership support.
• Balance quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and stakeholder management.
• Deliver high‑quality, data‑backed deliverables with minimal rework.
• Translate insights into written communications, typically in PowerPoint.
• Develop trust-based relationships with business partners.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, seeking coaching and feedback to accelerate development.
• Manage large-scale, transformational change programs.
