The role focuses on evaluating growth opportunities, shaping long‑term strategy, and delivering executive‑level plans that inform leadership and board decisions. You'll translate complex business challenges into strategic narratives, develop roadmaps, and manage initiatives across OneHome, CenterWell, and Humana with a strong emphasis on collaboration, analytics, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting.
• Two or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with analytics and use of data.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning efforts defining OneHome's long-term growth agenda.
• Develop frameworks via research, interviews, and analytics.
• Evaluate new opportunities for value, feasibility, and impact.
• Refine recommendations and roadmaps with partners.
• Govern portfolio prioritization and reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate programs to meet deadlines and milestones.
• Create executive dashboards and board materials.
