Humana’s Transformation Office is a high-performing team working with senior leaders to chart the company’s future. You will support the enterprise strategy by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives to transform member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.

The role involves leading workstreams, delivering data-backed insights, and communicating recommendations in executive-ready formats. Hybrid work, relocation assistance, and travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated capabilities with quantitative analysis and research, stakeholder management, slide design and executive communications in PowerPoint or Word formats.
• Ability to structure problems and develop business recommendations using hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Experience supporting complex or cross-functional workstreams with stakeholder-driven environments

Responsabilités

• Leads execution of one or more workstreams with limited support from team leadership.
• Solves problems flexibly, combining quantitative analysis, qualitative research, stakeholder management, and slide design.
• Delivers high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework.
• Translates insights into effective written communication, typically PowerPoint.
• Develops trust-based relationships with business partners.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, requests and acts on coaching and feedback.
• Program management experience on driving large-scale, transformational change programs
