Qualifications

• Demonstrated capabilities with quantitative analysis and research, stakeholder management, slide design
• Executive communications in PowerPoint or Word formats
• Ability to structure problems and develop business recommendations using hypothesis-driven thinking

Responsibilities

• Leads execution of one or more workstreams with limited support from team leadership
• Solves problems flexibly across quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and stakeholder management
• Delivers high-quality, data-backed deliverables with limited rework
• Translates insights into effective written communication, typically PowerPoint
• Develops trust-based relationships with business partners
• Demonstrates a growth mindset, seeking feedback to accelerate development
• Manages large-scale, transformational change programs
