Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Strategy Advancement Advisor for its OneHome division, focusing on growth opportunities, strategy development, and executive-level communications. You will translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps and drive governance across the OneHome portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical skills, collaborative leadership, and experience shaping cross‑functional programs for senior leaders and boards. This is a remote position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting.
• Two or more years of project leadership experience.
• Experience with analytics and use of data.
• Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational strategic planning defining OneHome's long-term growth agenda.
• Develop frameworks and perform opportunity evaluations to inform decisions.
• Refine strategic recommendations and roadmaps with partners.
• Support portfolio governance and reporting to leadership and boards.
• Coordinate programs and ensure timely execution across teams.
• Create executive dashboards and communications for senior leaders.
