Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join the Growth team in a hybrid role based in Rhode Island. You will be the first point of contact for prospective agents, drive outreach and recruitment meetings, and manage administrative tasks in the CRM to support the expansion strategy.

You will collaborate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth, scheduling pitches and maintaining candidate engagement while upholding high professional standards in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: conduct initial calls, generate growth opportunities, reach candidates via phone, text, email, and articulate SERHANT.’s value.
• Scheduling & Coordination: arrange pitches with Growth Managers and VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Administrative & CRM Management: be the first contact for recruitment leads and maintain CRM records.
• Collaboration & Strategy: work with Growth Managers to refine prospecting strategies and drive engagement with new and existing leads.
