Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team in a hybrid role based in Minnesota. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, initiating outreach, scheduling recruitment meetings, handling administrative tasks, and driving engagement with candidates.

You will work closely with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to support expansion efforts, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and contributing to SERHANT.’s continued growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Real estate experience preferred.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement & Outreach: conduct initial calls with potential agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Scheduling & Coordination: schedule recruitment pitches and coordinate meetings for leadership.
• Administrative & CRM Management: manage recruitment leads and update CRM records.
• Collaboration & Strategy: work with managers to develop prospecting strategies.
