Responsibilities

• Develops and leads the company's business development strategy to support long-term growth and competitive positioning.
• Identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Cultivates and maintains strong executive-level relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
• Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing business development team with cross-functional collaboration.
