Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPCU/ARM designation preferred.
• 10 years of relationship-building experience in claims or risk management.
• Excellent oral and written communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, develops and maintains internal and external relationships/partnerships.
• Builds relationships with prospects.
• Facilitates development of new partnerships and implementation of client programs.
• Develops knowledge of prospect operations and needs for marketing company programs.
• Coordinates resources for prospect solicitation and service delivery.
• Manages responses and pricing for RFPs, proposals, and presentations.
• Develops and implements annual sales and service plans.
