Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic growth efforts in defense technology. You will spearhead executive-level engagements, shape opportunities from concept through funded prototyping, and manage cross-functional teams across engineering, capture, and operations to win strategic programs.

You will coordinate with DoD/IC programs, maintain a DoD-ready posture, and travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven development and growth leader with DoD/Commercial capture experience
• Familiarity with full product lifecycle from concept to fielding
• High-energy, ownership-driven leader with adaptability and creativity
• Excellent writing and communication for C-suite and senior staff

Responsibilities

• Initiate executive engagements and lead response strategy for RFIs, RFPs, RFWPs and unsolicited proposals
• Lead technical and programmatic opportunities in shaping, capture, and design stages
• Foster multi-business collaborations to unlock use cases for Anduril products
• Oversee system and subsystem design considerations including risks, schedule and costs
• Own strategic growth opportunities and assemble cross-functional teams with a clear vision
• Coordinate with manufacturing to scale prototypes to full-rate production
• Work with senior leadership to ensure adequate resource plans
