Job summary

Padagis is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Commercial Operations in Wyoming, MI. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, supply chain or related field – or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in project management, sales administration or operations support
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities, with a track record of driving execution and follow-through
• Experience building and maintaining project trackers, dashboards and status reporting for leadership visibility
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience facilitating discussions across all levels of the organization, including international teams
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and stepping into initiatives without a defined owner
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; basic working knowledge of PowerBI (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

• Naloxone Commercial Operations & Process Support: support customer service and operational needs
• Support Naloxone projects that require collaboration across multiple business units, including returns processes, warehouse/operations reviews, and KPI tracking
• Coordinate shipping methods, seek cost savings, and monitor order fulfillment timings
• Maintain shipment tracking dashboards and monitor on-time delivery with internal/external partners
• Collaborate with Finance to improve visibility into consolidated invoices, taxes, and transaction fees
• Coordinate portal and systems updates, ticket management, and basic testing with cross-functional teams
• Develop understanding of data sources and support BI enhancements, including PowerBI integrations
• Coordinate agendas and action items for meetings; ensure ownership and TIP tracker updates
