Job summary

GP Strategies Corporation seeks a Project Coordinator to manage all aspects of assigned projects—from pre-kick-off meetings through hand-off and post-launch evaluation.

The coordinator is the central point of communication for the internal team, interfaces with the client, account leadership, Operations, project team members and contractors to meet time, quality and budget parameters for final deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2 years relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plan and scope management with ISD, allocate and manage resources, document risks, plan transitions and ongoing maintenance.
• Develop and manage a defined scope of work and detailed project plan, including expectations, change control, budget monitoring and business understanding of needs.
• Communicate alignment between projects and Operations, Account Managers and client initiatives.
• Maintain routine communications with stakeholders regarding schedule, budget, scope and risk.
• Lend ad-hoc support to project teams during implementation.
• Lead lessons learned and project implementation reviews after completion.
• Manage multiple priorities and ensure milestones, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget.
• Prepare for internal and external meetings: schedule, agenda, notes and action items.
