Job summary

Padagis seeks a Manager/Senior Manager to lead strategic portfolio and business development efforts, evaluating product, portfolio, and acquisition opportunities. You will prepare business cases, conduct due diligence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive growth aligned with Padagis’ objectives.

The role requires extensive analysis, reporting to senior management, and development of strategic plans for portfolio expansion across pharma segments, with focus on risk-aware investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Intellectual Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional pharmaceutical experience; minimum of 2 years of experience in product ideation, business development, market research or pipeline valuation within the US pharmaceutical industry with preference for generics.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret scientific and financial data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential product opportunities, including forecasting and financial modeling, market research, and due diligence.
• Analyze analyses of potential company and mature brand target acquisitions, monitoring for overlap and strategic Padagis pipeline and technology augmentation.
• Prepare thorough business cases at the product and company level.
• Maintain product details for ideal inorganic pipeline augmentation.
• Macro and product-level market analyses for pharma segments to inform strategic investments.
