Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Strategic Planning and Performance Consultant to collaborate across Commercial Markets and execute go-to-market strategies, vendor partnerships, and customer solutions. You will support strategy development, design actionable business recommendations, and drive cross-functional alignment to implement key priorities.

The role emphasizes leadership, critical thinking, and the ability to translate data into executive-ready insights, presentations, and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or GED and 4+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
7 years of prior relevant experience.
Experience in the health insurance industry.
Experience developing PowerPoint presentations and executive communications to support decision-making.
Experience using Excel for analytics and dashboards.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally to drive change.
Exposure to strategy development and execution (preferred).

Responsibilities

Support development of strategies and action plans for Commercial market opportunities.
Design actionable business solutions and recommendations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and execute key department priorities.
