Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Strategic Planning and Performance Principal to support Pharmacy Strategy and Operations. You will facilitate the annual strategic planning process, align the Pharmacy program with goals, and work with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to advance strategic objectives.

The role follows a hybrid model with in-office collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Requires 10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy operations.
• Mastery level knowledge of strategic planning and performance.
• Healthcare payer operations experience preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.
