Job summary

Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Strategic Planning and Performance Consultant within the Commercial Growth and Strategy department. You will support development of strategies and action plans for critical Commercial market opportunities, design actionable solutions, and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Director of Commercial Markets Strategy, you will help implement go-to-market initiatives, strengthen sales enablement through RFPs and internal training, and ensure alignment

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires prior experience and understanding of the health insurance industry
• Requires experience developing PowerPoint presentations and executive communications that support decision-making
• Requires experience using excel for analytics with the ability to develop and analyze performance reports and dashboards
• Requires demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and ability to coordinate cross-functionally to drive change
• Prefer exposure to strategy development and execution
