The position emphasizes executive communications, PowerPoint-based storytelling, and analytics to enable informed decision-making within a health-insurance-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• Requires 7 years of prior relevant experience
• Requires prior experience and understanding of the health insurance industry
• Requires experience developing PowerPoint presentations and executive communications that support decision-making
• Requires experience using excel for analytics with the ability to develop and analyze performance reports and dashboards
• Requires demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and ability to coordinate cross-functionally to drive change
• Prefer exposure to strategy development and execution
