Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience in the health insurance industry.
• Experience developing executive presentations and communications to support decision-making.
• Experience using Excel for analytics with the ability to develop and analyze performance reports and dashboards.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive change.
• Exposure to strategy development and execution preferred.
