Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, estimating, or marketing
• Ability to negotiate.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and oversees the work and schedules of departmental managers and staff.
• Conducts timely and constructive performance evaluations for department managers and staff.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.
• Manages key client relationships and works to build new ones.
• Expands the profile and reach of the company.
• Develops and strengthens external relationships that will lead to increased lead generation.
• Researches and identifies new markets
• Selects prospective projects, submits appropriate bids, and negotiates contracts.
• Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations.
• Present business opportunities to upper management and the Director of Operations.
• Ensures work environments are adequate and safe, and department adheres to all safety regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to promote the company.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
