Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time General Manager to set strategic direction for the assigned market, grow the business, and maintain the customer base. You will lead financial accountability, collaborate with other leaders, and drive execution and service delivery at a high level.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading large teams with P&L accountability.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to plan, budget, and manage multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gain agreement for annual business plans and budgets.
• Report, adjust and execute plans to meet revenue and profitability goals.
• Oversee hiring, HR policies, and staff development in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety programs, and operational excellence.
