Compass Real Estate - Peninsula is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to drive net-new pipeline and educate our agent community on strategic growth. You will onboard, train, and progress toward an SGM role, collaborating with top performers in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The position is based in Orlando/Tampa with an onsite requirement and offers a competitive base pay with bonus potential, benefiting from Compass’s extensive growth programs and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build a sales pipeline.
• Outreach to prospective agents via calls, texts, emails, and campaigns.
• Articulate Compass value proposition and handle objections.
• Partner with Agents to identify referral opportunities to SGMs.
• Collaborate with SGMs and Leaders to refine prospecting strategies.
• Drive engagement with leads through proactive follow-up.
• Analyze markets and create demand for Compass technology.
• Document all activities in the CRM with accurate data.
