Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner in Buckhead, GA, onsite, to generate new business and build a pipeline for the Strategic Growth Team. You’ll educate Compass agents on our value proposition, identify referral opportunities, and hand opportunities to the closing team.

This role offers formal SGP-to-SGM training, mentorship from top managers, and a collaborative environment to innovate outbound strategies. Measured by pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience and strong performance history.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Educate agents on Compass value proposition and growth opportunities.
• Identify referral opportunities and transition to Strategic Growth Managers.
• Collaborate to refine prospecting strategies and CRM documentation.
