Job summary

Compass is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner in New York City to drive business development and expand our sales pipeline. In this fully on-site role, successful candidates will educate the Compass Agent Community on the benefits of strategic growth and generate business leads through outreach.

The ideal applicant has a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer success. Candidates should excel in communication and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in sales or customer success.
• Ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without supervision.
• Track record of excellence across multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to build sales pipeline.
• Conduct outreach to prospective agents through various channels.
• Collaborate with Strategic Growth Managers on prospecting strategies.
• Document all activities within the CRM.
