Job summary

Strategus is seeking an experienced Strategic Partner Manager to steward our largest renewal accounts and drive ongoing revenue growth. You will coordinate with AMs and Ad Operations to ensure campaigns run smoothly, while cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital sales or account management, with a track record of growing large accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for large renewal accounts and ensure client needs are met.
• Focus on retaining existing revenue while identifying opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Ad Operations teams to coordinate campaign execution and performance optimization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within accounts, positioning Strategus as a trusted partner.
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client satisfaction and long-term revenue growth.
• Regularly review account performance and deliver detailed reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
• Meet or exceed retention and growth targets as defined by the company.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights.
