Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in media, performance marketing, or agency account management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of key client campaigns across TV, CTV, Audio, and omnichannel media.
• Partner with leadership and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution and optimization.
• Monitor performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, LTV, conversion metrics, and brand lift.
• Proactively identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments.
• Deliver weekly reporting, performance updates, and strategic insights.
• Inform recommendations around budget allocation, scaling, and new channel opportunities.
