Job summary

Strategus, a fully remote, CTV-first managed service partner, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead top-tier client relationships across the U.S. You will drive campaign strategy, performance analysis, and revenue growth while coordinating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, strategic thinking, and superb communication as you manage high-value clients and complex campaigns. Remote work is supported nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• 7+ years' experience growing and retaining a client base in digital advertising (CTV/OTT) or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to creatively utilize data to tell a story and make strategic recommendations to a customer.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to provide guidance and mentorship to other Account Manager team members.
• Problem solving and critical thinking abilities to find creative solutions to complex issues.
• Experience building trust and rapport with clients to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's most prestigious and high-value clients.
• Proactively recommend innovative and creative solutions for internal and external customers.
• Partner with the Sales Team to provide an exceptional Premier client onboarding experience.
• Operate as the lead point of contact for clients and internal team members regarding campaign management and execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and data-driven insights.
• Present meaningful data and metrics to clients and provide actionable recommendations to boost campaign performance.
• Stay current on digital marketing trends and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.
• Be a subject matter expert in attribution suites and technical features of digital media campaigns.
