Job summary

B‑Stock is seeking a strategic leader to drive planning and delivery of high-priority initiatives within Strategy & Business Operations. You will accelerate new offerings, foster partnerships, streamline operating rhythms, and apply AI to speed research and automation across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, consulting, finance, or business-operations with delivered results.
• Highly analytical with quantitative fluency and ability to model in spreadsheets.
• Bias to impact with ownership of initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Clear, influential communication to enable fast, confident decisions.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to analytical/operating workflows.
• Learning mindset and quick adaptation to new information.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects to define and accelerate the company's top growth priorities.
• Lead B-Stock's foray into new segments, offerings, or partnerships leveraging data, relationships, and network.
• Develop strategic frameworks to identify market growth opportunities for B-Stock.
• Help business leaders and executives make smart decisions and drive them to implementation with data, analysis, and industry expertise.
• Identify and implement AI-enabled workflows and automations to compress analysis cycles and scale output.
• Design and run the operating cadence – planning cycles, business reviews, cross-functional execution – turning strategy into delivered outcomes.
